Along the trails there are various plants, such as bog-rosemary, Japanese azarea, and day lilies. You can enjoy a carpet of flowers of the season.

Three neatly-made wooden pathways serve as a 1.5 km hiking trail that takes about one-hour to complete. Nearby is Towada-Hachimantai National Park, where you can relax and enjoy nature.

The average temperature in Aomori is less than 25 °C, even in midsummer. You will find this quiet place soothing and calming. This is the right place for people who want to leave hectic daily life behind.
