How to Get There

Taking place in venues in Shibuya, festival event spaces are easily accessible by public transportation.

Yoyogi Park is a five-minute walk from Harajuku Station on the JR Yamanote Line. NHK Hall is a 10-minute walk from Harajuku Station on the JR Yamanote Line and a 15-minute walk from Yoyogi Park Station on the Tokyo Metro Line.

The stages are now set in Shibuya

The Tokyo Jazz Festival is the largest jazz music event in all of Japan, and has been around since 2002. The event moved from its original home of Marunouchi to Shibuya in 2017.

The hall of music

The impressive NHK Hall in Shibuya serves as the flagship venue for the event. However, free shows regularly occur at nearby Yoyogi Park.

A multitude of different passes are available, from single sessions to one-day tickets.
