●Gathering regional tourism infomation to disseminate overseasDisseminating attractive content gathered from regional areas to the worldWe collect pieces of content on tourist attractions in regional areas for promotion, and select those that meet the needs of each target market following an evaluation by advisors. We introduce these appealing pieces of content in our overseas promotional projects.the tourist attraction information we have gathered overseas.We operate our own media in various languages to promote As an example, on one of our websites, ‘Experiences in Japan’, we introduce select experience-based content from all over Japan in multiple languages including English, simplified and traditional Chinese, Korean, Thai and four European languages.Another website, ‘Japan’s Local Treasures’, contains up-to-date tourist information gathered from local governments and DMOs. We also provide this information via our social media channels. The content on both ‘Experiences in Japan’ and ‘Japan’s Local Treasures’ is also promoted via our overseas offices in line with the needs of each market. ● Consulting and seminars for domestic stakeholdersSharing information on the latest industry trends and JNTO’s know-howIn particular, we regularly offer our partners and members up-to-date information on overseas market trends through our annual ‘Inbound Travel Promotion Forum’ and themed seminars, as well as provide them with opportunities for individual consultations with our overseas offices and divisions in charge of our promotional projects.
