A seafood restaurant SHIRAKABE owns the largest in-store fish tank among the restaurants in Kurashiki City. Our chefs do their best so that our customers can enjoy the beautiful taste of seasonal ingredients. We pay the utmost attention to selecting the freshest and healthiest ingredients as well as the water used for cooking, and we offer healthy drinks which combine well with our food. Okayama is known as “Harenokuni” (sunny land) and has various local products including rice, vegetables, fruit, fish, wagyu beef and sake. Local dishes such as “Matsuri Zushi” are specialties of Okayama. Enjoy an entire range of delicacies from Okayama and Setouchi (the Inland Sea).
