Hiroshima is famous for Okonomiyaki! The healthy pancake is made from layers of thin batter, cabbage, pork, & noodles.
Welcome to Hiroshima! We're very conveniently located, within 5 minutes' walk of the Genbaku Dome and Peace Memorial Park. Our Okonomiyaki recipe was born 60 years ago. Full of vegetables & noodles, it makes for a hearty & delicious meal. It's like Japanese fast-food! It all starts with thin flour batter, made into a pancake shape on our large griddle. Feel free to take pictures while we're making your meal, it's a great way to remember your trip. We also serve dishes featuring oysters, another one of Hiroshima's famous foods. Our deep-fried oysters are a popular item, so try some with your Okonomiyaki!
