Kakiden focuses on heartwarming cuisine. Our sauce of green & yellow vegetables is carefully prepared to bring out maximum flavor from the ingredients used. The vegetables in our roasted vegetable plate are made even richer-tasting by the roasting process. All of our sauces are homemade. Oysters are sent to us all year directly from the clear farming waters of Nomijima. In the Summer, enjoy oysters on the shell. Enjoy a meal spared no time or effort in preparation.
