My name is Unal Basmaci, the owner of Turkish Cuisine TOPKAPI. It has been 19 years since I opened my first restaurant in Kita-Aoyama in 1993, offering delights of Southern Turkish home cuisine to people in Japan.
Serving a array of delectable dishes from my home country and Turkish tapas, a wide variety of appetizers, which complements well with wine and beer, TOPKAPI offers delights of Turkish cuisine in a casual, pleasant setting.
