～Eel at Maeno～
We use the finest quality eel from the Mikawa region. Our eels are slowly grilled over white charcoal with Maeno's secret special sauce. Our grilled eels are crispy on the outside but still fluffy and soft inside. We also use the finest rice grain - Koshihikari - cooked in ionized water.
