We proudly serve natural burishabu (Japanese amberjack) shabu-shabu dishes and seasonal food ingredients.

Located 1 minutes from Nagoya station, we offer various dishes sincerely prepared by our head chef that utilizes seasonal food ingredients from various regions nationwide.
Our select food ingredients are fresh because they're directly shipped to our store, and the Daiginjo sake you enjoy here is second to none!

We proudly serve miso, tamari (concentrated) miso, sake lees, and other choice food ingredients prepared and stored in the Morita store house.
We offer delicious stewed beef sinew doteni, prepared using our flavorful Mikawa chicken homemade miso, a dish perfected with long-established culinary traditions.
Sake brewrey Morita has long-protected our brewery heritage to offer new brewing traditions.
