All of Tempura dishes are made with locally grown ingredients mainly in Aichi and deep-fried to the perfection in aromatic Taihaku sesame oil. One of the recommended menus is spiny lobster tempura.

Our soba noodles are made from scratch daily in the kitchen.
Religiously following the three basics of fresh soba noodles such as freshly-ground, -kneaded and -boiled to the perfection, we proudly offer freshly made nihachi soba noodles (2-to-8 soba; a ratio of 8 parts buckwheat to 2 parts wheat flour).
