Private spaces for two to 22 people. Joe's Kitchen is a popular spot in Nishiki 3-chome to people in the know. The interior has the image of an elegant bar in Shanghai in the 1930's to 1940's. We stick to basic Chinese food - fresh ingredients are delivered daily by air from China, Malaysia, and Taiwan. Courses from 2,500 yen. All-you-can-drink menu (1,800 yen) is popular, too.
