Everyone loves 「oden」 and 「grilled dishes」, 「Oden」 originated from another Japanese dish called 'dengaku' (tofu on skewer with sweet miso sauce) that dates back to the Edo period. 「Grilled dishes」 werealso developed in the Edo period after charcoal stoves became widely used. At Shou, we have modernized these traditional dishes by adding our own Nagoya spirit. Every part of our interior has been carefully designed. A staircase splits in two, to the left and right. We also have a bar counter. A stylish and modern setting without the hustle and bustle of daily life.
