Our restaurant is operated by a factory established in 1875 which makes pickled vegetables and miso.

We serve Japanese dishes such as pickled vegetable sushi and miso dengaku (skewered eggplant slices, wheat gluten cakes, etc. grilled and coated with a sweet miso sauce) using seasonal ingredients, Kyoto-style pickled vegetables and miso.
Our restaurant resembles a traditional style Machiya, a merchant窶冱 house. With the door and pillars from an old storehouse still standing opposite the entrance, it is a mixture of history and modernity. We have table seats and private rooms. You can relax and enjoy your food and drink.
We also have a wide range of lunchtime menu items. People of all ages enjoy our restaurant -- whether they are sightseeing tourists or local customers. We look forward to seeing you.
