We recommend our Shabu Shabu made with black pork from Kagoshima.
Enjoy pike conger dishes from June to September and pufferfish dishes from October to April.

Black pork raised at Kirishima Kogen in Kagoshima brings the flavors of an exquisite dish with sweet, tender fatty parts.
Enjoy moments of bliss as you taste it with Mumon’s special Japanese-style soup stock.
We strongly recommend pike conger and black pork in extravagant Shabu Shabu in summer and courses with pufferfish from Miyazaki in winter.
