These free range chickens are raised in an open area by farmers in Yame, Fukuoka prefecture and fed on 縲慶attle food mixed with bamboo charcoal powder縲 and 縲詣ater縲, without any usage of vaccines and drugs.
The chickens raised this way are lean and retain the natural rich flavor and sweetness of chicken.
