Restaurant specialized in extravagant extra matured beef, using only beef matured for more than 45 days in the best environment, under the supervision of a matured beef master.
Kagoshima prefecture, Hiramatsu farm designation. Japanese beef raised exclusively for maturation, matured in Japan's best beef maturing chamber.
The best maturing environment is reproduced in the restaurant, providing the same temperature, humidity, and light wind.
The restaurant is a fusion of Japanese and western styles. Semi-private rooms are also available and recommended for receptions and anniversaries.
We also serve more than 50 types of wine which go well with the matured beef, carefully selected by the sommelier.
