Taste authentic Sanuki udon noodles (a speciality of Shikoku prefecture). Our home-made udon noodles are made over two days to ensure their superior body and flavor.
We are committed to offering delicious udon noodles as well as other delectable dishes. We use only the finest ingredients - free-range Awaji Jidori chicken, Kurobuta pork from Kagoshima and domestically-produced vegetables. Our soup stocks are all home-made and free from artificial flavorings and any additives. Sample our delicious dishes, or simply taste freshly-made tasty udon noodles!
