We are 300 cattle in our own farm and they are raised with love from birth until they are 36 months old. Since each cow is different, each are shipped when it is in its prime.
Omigyu beef offered in Yasudaryo is mainly heifers raised in our own farm.
The beef in our shop is carefully selected "pure" omigyu beef.
Tender and melt-in-your-mouth texture is superb. Junomigyu beef cannot be found anywhere else. We have a variety of seating areas for yakiniku, shabu-shabu and sukiyaki. Enjoy our carefully selected prime beef in our tranquil setting.
