Founded in 1906. Long-established restaurant in business for more than 100 years since it started offering steak fillet cutlet at the food stand. Kobe beef restaurant founded in Meiji period, with its tradition carried on until now. In the past, the color of store curtain was mostly dark blue or white. However our restaurant put up red curtain so as to stand out even at night, which is the origin of the name of the restaurant.

The "fat portion" of the "marbled meat" melts when heated, and loosens up the muscle around it to make the meat tender and pleasant to the palate. Enjoy the authentic mellowness of Kobe beef.
