Because our beef is from Kobe's notable Nakanishi Farms, we can promise you Kobe beef that's heads above the rest. Each month, we purchase the area's top Champion Kobe Beef, to bring you delicious flavor & fragrance like you've never experienced before. We also offer a variety of other specialty ingredients, like rice grown with Kobe cattle compost, and vegetables raised here in Hyogo prefecture.
