Japanese charcoal BBQ using Matsunaga beef - the finest Japanese beef - and Shimane Wagyu (the winner of the Prime Minister Prize)

We use the prize-winning Shimane Wagyu. Carfully reared at Matsunaga Farm in Shimane prefecture - Japanese mythology tells that Shimane is the place where the Japanese god began to build Japan. Private dining rooms only yakiniku BBQ restaurant with Japanese flooring (tatami) and traditional 'horigotatsu' (sunken floor with table). Each room is equipped with non-smoke charcoal roasters. Pleasant interior decorated with photographs of scenic beauty from Shimane prefecture. We offer a yakiniku full course with a selction of fine beef from the entire cow, plus the finest quality beef steak course and more. We also have an a la carte menu of rare cuts that is only possible when purchasing the entire cow. We look forward to your visit.
