We continue to operate today a traditional Kyoto-style storefront built over 100 years ago.

Kyoto delicacies of Kyoto vegetables, seafood from the Japanese ocean, and river fish from Biwako River, the luxurious food ingredients local to Gion is breaded in the long-established Endo breading to be fried according to the customer窶冱 dining pace.
