Kyoto pub-style dining with Satsuma Chiran chicken and other select ingredients

We use Satsuma Chiran chicken from Kagoshima to create Yakitori dishes called "Bara-yaki" that are still a rarity in Kyoto. It's a real treat! Our wintertime "White Hotpot" made with 18-hour simmered cloudy soup is also delicious! We carefully select only the freshest vegetables and quality salt.
