We are a specialty tempura restaurant established in 1927. We use Japanese flour and the finest quality cottonseed oil to create our tempura, as well as original rice grains 繝サ natural salt.

Our branch is very accessible in the department store - enjoy the delicious flavor of an established restaurant at reasonable prices! Have a great weekday evening meal in a stylish and relaxing atmosphere.
Generous amounts of finest quality cottonseed oil bring out the full natural flavor 繝サ character of seasonal seafood and vegetables. Our tempura batter is made with Japanese flour and carefully prepared. Taste the crispy texture and natural flavor of wheat. Our tempura dishes are served with Yotaro's original blend of 2 Okinawan sea salts - to enhance richness and flavor. This salt particularly complements the sweetness of tiger prawn.
Other than tempura, 縲茎teamed sea bream on rice縲 is another of our famous dishes, prepared with whole natural sea bream from Seto Inland Sea, and steamed in a special raku ware pot. A subtle flavour that is simply delicious and absolutely unique.
