笘We specialize in fresh fish. We procure our fish mainly from nearby seas in Kansai such as Wakayama, Kochi and Ehime, but also from Hokkaido in the north and Nagasaki in the south笘

We use free range eggs from Mukaihara Farm in Hiroshima. We've sold over 30,000 omelets since opening. Each order is freshly and carefully prepared by our chef. It's fluffy and well-seasoned with Japanese-style dashi.
