The port town "Kobe" is where many foreigners live from years ago and also where the meat-eating culture has been brought in early. The abundant land, with clean water and beautiful grass, made the Japanese black-cattle grow in their best condition, so "Kobe Beef" became the highest quality beef in Japan. Also, the garlic we use is from Takko town in Aomori prefecture, where it is known to have the best quality garlic in Japan. Grilling these ultimate ingredients in the simple way has become an art by the experienced chefs. Because it's simple, it's deep.
