The Japanese black beef we used is supervised by our own company, from breeding to processing. We have an original way of processing, so that we can always serve you the freshest beef of highest quality. Raw, shabu-shabu beef is one of our biggest delicacies. Carefully raised in a natural environment in the town of Ebetsu, its freshness & texture is so mild that it can be eaten even by those who are not fond of beef. You've never tried anything like it.
