Hiraku offers over 30 types of oyster dishes using oysters directly shipped from all around Hokkaido, mainly from Akkeshi! Spacious horikotatsu seating for up to 40 guests

Hiraku offers delights of fresh oysters directly shipped from local fishermen.
Oysters caught from Akkeshi are the only oysters which can be consumed year-around in Japan.
"Akkeshi" means "The place of oysters" in Ainu language, and hence there are some extensive oyster fields blessed with abundant nature for delectable oysters.
Hiraku proudly offers unchanged taste of oyster dishes for the last 16 years, which are made with oysters directly shipped from dedicated oyster hunters.
Other than our extensive menu of more than 30 types of oyster dishes, Hiraki offers whale meat, lamb, authentic stone ground handmade soba noodles and dishes made with seasonal ingredients.
Our drink menu includes over 80 names of regional sake, shochu and wine.
