Restaurant Type Italian / French > Italian Cuisine Average Cost JPY 2,000

Designated as a tangible cultural property of Koedo, Kawagoe city, you can enjoy the Koedo of Kawagoe while dining on Kuroge Wagyu in a liquor storehouse with over 100 years of history.

Built with Oya stone over 100 years prior, this restaurant's building has an elegant liquor storehouse design. Hence, one can experience the halcyon days of Koedo. The food consumed there, Ishigama cuisine, uses wooden fuel pellets to cook at over 540 degrees. For Japanese beef steak, A5 Kuroge Wagyu is used. With the scent of charcoal added, it is fragrantly and juicily grilled. When it comes to pizza, the flour's smell is extracted to the maximum, with a crispy outside and a chewy inside. Japanese-style rooms, outdoor terrace and indoor table seating are available.
