Located at 1-6-4 Shibuya, Shibuyaku, Tokyo, we are a steak restaurant where customers need to arrive at the night time to eat the freshly cooked meat.

In an oven specially built to bake a 6 kg chunk of meat, we cook meat over 5 hours so that it is ready for serving at the exact same time each night. All our customers share the meat and enjoy its unique flavor, which can only truly be enhanced by cooking the meat in this precise method at the same time each evening.
Please come in between 6:30pm and 8:00pm. For customers who come in between these hours, we serve either courses which include meat which is ready to be served at 8:00pm every night or simply the meat by itself. After 8:30pm, both courses and a-la-carte menus become available.
