We use carefully selected A5 rank Japanese black beef. We serve it cooked in ways adequate for each cut.
We are also proud of our authentic Morioka Reimen (cold noodles)

For our exquisite, authentic, springy Morioka Reimen (cold noodles), we use hand-kneaded noodles made of wheat flour and potato starch, a blend that comes after years of experiencing and researching. The special soup is rich and delicious as it is made by slowly simmering more than 10 types of ingredients including beef bone as a base ingredient for more than 10 hours.

Based on the spirit of hospitality, we always serve our customers without forgetting to watch and pay attention.
