The Japanese black beef we use is delivered directly from Miya Meat located inside of the Shibaura Meat Center in Tokyo
An experienced craftsman looks at, touches, and chooses the best A5 rank Japanese beef regardless of the production center.

We serve fresh organs on the day they are taken apart.
We never use frozen products.

The sauce and dressing served in our restaurant are all homemade.
Sauce containers are all new PET bottles and we never put sauce in the same bottle a second time.
