Our restaurant is designated by the Kobe Beef Distribution Promotion Association. "Tajima beef is good for cultivating, for agriculture, and for eating. Tajima has always grown cattle with affection and produced good farming." (From Continued Chronicles of Japan) Tajima, a land full of green in the mountains. Tajima cattle is raised under clean air and clean water, with lots of affection. Among the Tajima beef, we have the super selected Kobe beef with the Imperial crest of chrysanthemum.
