Half kurobuta pork from Odaka Farm in Chiba prefecture, fresh catch of the day straight from the Sajima port in Kanagawa prefecture, smoked fish served while hot in the special clay pot窶ｦ. We use premium ingredients in all of our specialties. Enjoy them with the premium local sake from around the country and over 20 varieties of shochu.
