Our Kamameshi is cooked one by one, from 100% Koshihikari directly delivered from Nigata prefecture Shimoda town together with fresh ingredients. We have Gomoku, porgy, oyster, Matsu take, edo conger eel Kamameshi, to meet the different tastes if our customers. Our Jidori Kushiyaki is datedori from Fukushima, fully roasted using Kishu-Binchotan charcoal.
