Long time ago, Susanooh-no-mikoto killed Yamatano-orochi, a dragon with 8 heads, by intoxicating it. He rescued the beautiful princess Inada and had a very happy marriage life. They gave birth to many gods and prospered. This heroin Inada princess in the beautiful myth impressed us and it's now over 300 years making refined sake in Yonago, Tottori. Izumo master brewer has not changed the traditional brewing method since the opening in 1673. Please enjoy the sake and seasonal dishes.
