Abundantly blessed by nature, the Kyushu region is famous throughout Japan for plentiful varieties of prominently delicious cuisine. The as of yet not well-known Kyushu Regional Cuisine can be sampled at this very store. Fresh tripe hotpot is made with domestic kuroge beef for the Fukuoka regional cuisine of tripe hotpot, prepared with miso, salt, soy sauce, jjigae, soy milk, plain, and spicy cod roe for 7 different flavours. In particular, the overwhelming volume of approx. 300g comprises our stirring Spicy Cod Roe Tripe Hotpot masterpiece. We prepare other varieties of Kyushu's local cuisine as well.
