窶廝lack & Blue窶 is a way of grilling that allows you to enjoy dry-aged beef in its most delicious state
It is crispy on the surface (Black) and rare on the inside (Blue)
It is a highly difficult grilling method which consists of scorching the surface in the oven and raising the temperature while leaving the core part rare.

We offer a rich variety of wine that go outstandingly well with dry-aged beef.
