Established in 1945, "Misono" is the first restaurant that served teppanyaki grilled steak.
Kuroge Wagyu beef has been delighting a palate of people around the world. The secret of delectable Wagyu beef lies within the teppanyaki grilling.

Misono is the restaurant that serves teppanyaki grilled steak for the first time in Japan and since then we have been offering unchanging taste since its inception of business.
We use grade A4 to A5 specially selected Kuroge Wagyu beef and grill it using a 2 cm-thick iron plate.
Well-marbled steak seasoned with natural Akaho salt literally melts in your mouth.
Other popular teppanyaki grilling includes fresh spiny lobsters, Japanese tiger prawns, abalone and other seafood preserved in a large fish tank in the restaurant.
