Welcome to the world of Akita's Hinai free-range chicken. Our Hinai free-range chicken are raised by 23 farm houses in Hinai town, Abe-san as a leader. In a blessing environment, the chicken is raised in their traditional way, by just freeing them. Rice we use is organic "Akita Komachi," made neatly by Tsuchihashi-san of Yamamoto town. We only use this rice. Here in Shibuya, please enjoy the real local dishes of Akita, which always seeks for exquisite dishes.
