笳Founded in Meiji 18 (1885). You will encounter the history of tempura.
Because of our traditional artisan skills and taste, unchanged since our foundation, people refer to us as "Tenkuni, veterans of tempura." The crispy finish, an artwork sure to satisfy everyone never becomes tiresome and is easy on the stomach. Carefully selected seasonal ingredients, mainly from Tokyo, are delivered from all parts of the country. Our famous fried vegetable mix is thick and fluffy without the addition of extra ingredients and fried within 3 minutes using "a single quick fry" trick.
