Making up only 1% of black pork in circulation, Roppaku Pork is sent straight to us from the farms of Kagoshima! Enjoy it thinly sliced and dipped in our Japanese broth for some delicious Shabu-shabu! You won't forget the flavor笙ｪ We also serve black pork skewers and other treats. Our Kagoshima-born proprietor goes to great lengths to import the best regional Shochu grain alcohols and Sakes, and of course we offer a variety of cocktails and alcopops as well.
