About 50 types of shochu, specially selected by the owner, are all pre-diluted with water to release more complex flavours. Enjoy these Shochu with our delicious Sastuma black pig Shabu-Shabu, Kibinago and many other local cuisines.

What is "Pre-diluted" Shochu窶ヲ Only by diluting Shochu with water couple of days in advance, they blend in together very well, and the flavour of the Shochu changes into something more mild and smooth. Not to mention those who favours Shochu, but those who are not big fun of Shochu can also enjoy Shochu in this way. Our very popular home-made Satsuma Age (deep fried ground fish balls) are made using our owner's family recipe from Okawajirina in Akune-city. Enjoy the flavour of our Satsuma age, which you can not try anywhere else even around Tenmonkan or Central Station area.
