Unchanged since the day we opened, our highball is made with homemade soda & a fresh twist of lemon.
Located in Saga's Chuo Honmachi, Suntory Jiggerbar Billboard is now entering it's 24th year in business. We're unique in that the highball makes up more than half of our orders. We make it with a domestic whiskey base (Kaku) & soda water made on site by a custom-designed machine. Just as the flavor of a dish varies depending on the cook, so are there an infinite variety of possibilities with the highball. We also offer a greater food menu than you'll find in most bars.
