Specialized real giblet hotpot restaurant in Hakata, the home of giblet hotpots. All seated areas are equipped with horigotatsu (sunken floor with table). Enjoy your meal in a spacious seating area - we have 27 private dining rooms and 160 seats in total.
We offer giblet hotpot in 3 different flavors - miso, soy sauce and mizutaki style (served with grated white radish and ponzu sauce). The most popular flavor is miso - made with 10 varieties of blended miso and a sprinkling sesame oil for maximum flavor. This hotpot offers rich flavor and a light aftertaste. Well-balanced and delicious. 2 mins walk from the Gofukumachi Station (Subway). Private dining rooms only - we can cater for all occasions from large groups to private dinners and more. Course menus and open bar service options available. We only use the small intestine from cows that are no more than 2 years old.
