Monja is a Tokyo traditional entertainment district dish, made by mixing flour in water and soup stock, stir-frying it with cabbage, seafood, and meat, and serving it as a creamy dish with Monja sauce. Okonomiyaki is made by mixing flour with water and soup stock, and adding cabbage, seafood, and meat. These are grilled dishes which resemble a pancake. They originated in Osaka and are heavy-textured dishes, crispy on the outside and springy on the inside. Do not hesitate to come eat in our restaurant, as our staff will let you know how to cook these dishes.
