Carefully selected fresh eel, raised in high quality water and with good nutrients, grilled slowly on high-grade charcoal in a well-used, secret sauce which has never been left aside during the 70 years since the restaurant was established. A superb dish with traditional flavors, with soft, melting texture and faint charcoal aromas.
