We use bony whole beef. Ageing beef matured more than 45 days. We put our soul into each head and that is our secret of the great taste.

We serve luxurious dry aging beef created by applying a special ageing technique to the best delicious kuroge wagyu including Kobe beef. It is produced through our managing temperature, humidity and wind which are three important elements for ageing beef and investing a good deal of time and effort. You will fully enjoy the maximised umami, or delicious taste, flavour, sweetness and tenderness. We paid great attention to the aging methods in order to you to enjoy the best select ingredients served in the best possible condition.
