Healthy organic vegetables with the rich aroma of pesticide-free/fertilizer-free soil mainly from Kamigamo and Miyama.
Fresh seafood delivered from Maizuru and Kochi.
We will use these natural ingredients together with the love and care of their producers to prepare delicious one-of-a-kind dishes not offered anywhere else.
Our restaurant, which was reconstructed from an old sake brewery from the Edo Period, is surrounded by a garden of approximately 2.45 acres filled with trees and flowers which change with the seasons.
