At ICHIE, we have an exclusive contract with a wholesaler who specializes in kuroge wagyu beef. We purchase fresh, high quality kuroge wagyu meat every day. Kuroge wagyu beef is a prime high quality meat. You will enjoy the sweet rich flavor of natural beef. Meat is prepared by hand at the restaurant. Machine cutting can never achieve same high quality flavor. Customers will enjoy these special cuts of beef with wasabi, various types of sauces and condiments.
